Quick description of what happened: At first seeing all the comp requests for houses get denied i thought there was no point. Yesterday some people I know said it may be worth me putting my case across. This is why, I was indeed playing before the 6th of January. Its just I was not playing as a civillian, I was a PCSO at the time. I shown no signs of inactivity on the server and it was just because I was always on duty whilst I was playing the server as a PCSO. The house was in a prime location in kavala, I was confused to see that it was gone and the only reason I could assume was because I was always using my PCSO persona whilst playing between the two periods of housing repossessing.
