Description of what happened:
I was flying in my Hummingbird to the Blackmarket. I'm hovering outside the redzoned Blackmarket because there are three armed guys already there. I patiently wait for them to head off but instead I get RDM'ed. He shot me down with no reason at all - Outside the red zone.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3B - RDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
I have tried to send him text messages in the game but unfortunately no answer back.

I've uploaded the entire situation on YouTube with subtitles since my microphone cannot be heard cause of the helicopters sound.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
