Which Server did this happen on: Server 2
 
Description of what happened: Basically we were robbing 2 trucks which one was a hemtt and the other a tempest and they were friends apparently, suddenly the tempest turns back and drives to us and crash us.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Rule 4A: Safe Zones
 
VDM = Instant Ban (We have a anti VDM script however running people over for fun is banable and considered VDM)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He answered like he actually didn't care about what he did and ignored further questions.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

but you did not tell that you where shooting on us without roleplay and btw i see you have cutted alot out of only the scene i see.

i know i was not allowed to do this but if you guys have a firefight with and just started to drove in front of us and step out and shooting on our tires so i think we where both wrong in this case but i think it was real dirty to take out the shots where you did not any roleplay

see the bandicut in the first 5 seconds real mature why not talk about it only you guys tell what i have done tell to the admin what you guys did wrong

First of all, i don't know what are you accusations here, i recorded everything i just cutted till the vdm part cause there was no use of the other thing. I can upload the whole thinglater on if the admins ask. Now let me explain it to you, so first we saw driving we decided to pursue you and then rob you, as soon as you were climbing a small hill, we went out and said "Stop out the vehicle right now" and you actually didn't and kept driving, so opened fire, then kept following you we tried to destroy your tyres down, then suddenly you turn and 'VDM' us. End of story. 

If admins ask me to upload the whole situation i will.

NOTE: I know the server rules perfectly well, we followed every procedure of roleplay wise.

What in the world are you saying? You were with the hemtt and even stopped next to him, which you had the tempest and opened fire at us. Stop making up stories to cover up the vdm.

What the hell is the point you're trying to make? Because so far you've made no sense. Not being able to hear/comprehend someone's Roleplay is not excuse nor reason to run them over! In fact it's NEVER allowed! You also did say you weren't with him. Think your case through and make a well balanced and constructive argument before blurting something unhelpful to your defence :)

There's no getting through to some people chap! All you can really do is lay it out and see if they catch on.

well if it not something different if this giy just rdm me and than whines because i did this i know that i was wrong and i had already said sorry but he could also say he was wrong

He could in fact say he was in the wrong yes, but it wouldn't be true and video evidence doesn't lie. I will admit I haven't watched the video as I'm on mobile and I'm not made of money but I'm pretty sure it will show you running someone over with a truck. Regardless of scenario or whoever is being an asshole you just can't run people over sorry man.

okay i understadn but you know this wasnt vdm because its was not random this guy was already attacking us and shooting on us

VDM = Vehicle Deathmatch

There's nothing in this report about it being random you're just not allowed to run people over. Sorry that you've caught the bad end of the stick but it could have been avoided by taking the time to read the rules thoroughly. I hope you get another chance man but just be sure to read the rules in full next time! I know there's a lot of them but there's quite a few IRL.

well this was not for fun but for self protection so i think that i did nothing wrong if you read this rule and you can read this black on white i think this would be enough

 
I'm not an admin or even a long term community member but I'm pretty sure you can't use vehicles to run anyone over in any situation. At least that's what I take from the rules. If you feel you're being robbed unfairly or without RP just get your recorder running and make a player report but definitely don't take the law into your own hands! Vehicles are for transport of yourself and items, nothing else :)

Anyway I'm withdrawing from this discussion as I've said everything I wanted to and I believe now one of the team will give an official verdict.

YOU did break a rule here and if you want to you can put on a Report about those gentleman.
