Description of what happened:We where breaking up the checkpoint we where doing for like 2 - 3 hours until Jim and his buddy came to the checkpoint , they where trolling on a quad so we told them to stay of the barrier and stuff they refused so they got arrested , as we putted them in the car Jim talked dutch ( translation - i hope your mother get cancer ..... ) he keep saying worths whit cancer in ( so i sayed IN DUTCH - STFU it not becus you can speak dutch i cant , so now be quite ) i ignored him then as he keep trolling around ) so will shot him becus we sayed him we putted a GAG in his mouth , so he either broke RP , after serveral warnings 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:Breaking RP and acting as a dick
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:No as i gived him multipel warnings over chat he even sayed ( I DONT CARE ) so here i sended it

Oh dear... This report has now become a police issue as an execution was made....

I accept the report on jim, however the execution by (a mentor, no less) Wills King, I'm going to hand this over to Wilco. 

As CSI I state this. We maintain RP even with the trolls, people are always watching, to them, the game is a long move of action, crime, drama, romance, bromance, etc.... and when all of a sudden, a cop kills a restrained guy without any real warning.... it twists everything.
