Sorry, for getting off on the wrong foot but I am deeply sorry for what I did. I rammed a car and tried to stop a guy. The reason I attempted to stop and ram the Hatchback is because people in a grey Hatchback, mugged me about twenty minutes before on the highway. So I wanted my revenge because they stole 30,000 of me and I was really annoyed by said people.However it would seem I rammed and stopped the wrong people. Another reason I wanted my money back off these people because I did not have enough money to go mining and doing runs because they stole pretty much all my money. I understand ramming someones car is rather a bad thing because VDMing is against server rules, also ramming someone who did not do anything to me may be a quite a large offense which I am deeply sorry for. It would seem from the permanent ban, you have zero tolerance for people who break the rules, but I assure you I will not break the rules and I will definently not break  rule 5  ever again. I mean I respect the fact that you have a zero tolerance for rule breakers, however I myself come from a serious role play and I understand I must act in a way that's realistic and believeable. I really enjoy serious roleplay servers and there is no other Altis servers that can compete with you, also I have been playing this server for quite a while now and I have read the rules and understand them. I did not just think that stopping a car was VDM. If I do get unbanned and I hope I do, I will surely stick to the passive side of things and just mine and enjoy the server's Role play and even apply for Paramedic. As of now I will just stay away from aggresive roleplay and stick to passive. Which I really do enjoy. I hope I can prove if I get unbanned I am capable and very able to serious role play. If I get unbanned I will surely never do it again, and If do it again don't even bother with looking at my ban appeal just deny it straight away.

Perm bans are not extreme... This is what makes us unique... you don't follow the rules then you are gone its that simple.

Now you can appeal once.... but from your appeal I can see you haven't read our rules as you think using your car to ram is ok ?

 
The reason I could not hear  the Adminastrator is because I was on Teamspeak, when I noticed the admin had come I tried to mute Teamspeak sadly, I have no key binded to so I had to tab out which I cannot use Ctrl shift Esc like a uselly do so I panicked and tried doing that it did not work. So I used the Ctrl alt delete to bring out task manager when I finally tabbed out and muted teamspeak Aaron got banned then I did.

I understand the VDM rule under rest of Altis, is an instant ban but I thought that stopping a car does not count as a "deathmatch" because I did not intend to kill the person with my car just stop him. And I use the word "Ram" as a way of saying going behind and trapping him not trying to kill him.

Anyway I would like to point out I was involved on the situation that Aaron was banned in, by Vladic ka.

We do not do any from of VDM here... ramming cars in arma usually leads to an explosion, it is not accepted and still classed as VDM.

 
Ok, Wilco I understand that no VDM is allowed here however I know that Vans were that frail and would explode. I did not know this about pickup trucks thank you for informing me. I was just under the impression that VDM meant killing people, I did not relise that cars were so fragile. Although when I say "ram" I do not mean in continually hitting trying to kill the person, this I did not do. I came behind the car and quite a low speed, about 5 KPH and locked the car there. I am sorry for the misunderstanding as it would seem, my terminolgy has been misinterpreted in the wrong way. If you wish I will change all the times I have said ram to slowly come behind and lock the car in place, if you wish but I did not intend to blow up the other car just stop it. I mean I did not want to die myself because I am as poor as is, without adding on having to get another car which, then I could not even farm apples. So I hope you understand that I did not aggresively ram the car at high speed. Sorry for putting ram, as it it has created a misunderstanding. If I do get unbaned, I will surely stick to the passive side as, aggresive role-play just doesn't suit me. I will never VDM again I asure you if you give me the chance I can prove to you I am capable of serious roleplay to a high extent. Hopefully I have cleared the air I mean if theirs any way I can go back in demos or something please tell me. Thank you for reading this.

You was in the same situation I was in, I do believe you should be unbanned and be able to play but stay on a final chance like my, this is just my opinion.

I'm not sure if I can +support this seeing as I was in this situation and was unbanned but if I can you have all my support
