Description of what happened:
JFM Dragonsteak killed a PCSO in the Kavala garage green zone, before being restrained by the police. Once restrained he asked through direct chat for us to kill him (In the green zone) for 500k.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
Breaking RP, Green Zone killing
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No, He started abusing the officers for leaving him restrained for 30 seconds while they RPd, following this I did not feel I should waste my time on such a matter.
