What is the best jet to have on the server(Not off of price but nice to fly/easy to use etc). I have all DLC so there isn't a limitation.

For speed- Shikra or Black Wasp
For agilty- Gryphon (max speed of around 1000kph)

Are they any good/Fly well

They have a max speed of around 450 and maneuver like a tank also terrible to land.

Lol no. Racing is the easiest plane to land and are extremely agile. You can land them anywhere.
