 05/11/14 @ around 6PM - 6:30 PM
Description of what happened:

Video says all really, 

Mike wanted to head to NPAS HQ to re-sort his NPAS Garage, on the way we ran into the mini convoy you see above. ANPR-ing the vehicles revealed;

  • @ 0:07 Jeremy (WANTED)
  • @ 0:11 [ER]Cameran (WANTED
The chase then began, No ramming and no firing at tires... they split up and we decided to stay with the original lead vehicle. This can be seen @ 0:31.

We follow the vehicle around for a while, then receive shots from by the garages, unfortunately the picture is not clear enough to see, but It did look to be coming from the garages

  • @ 1:26 took shots from by garage
we then dismount, you can see the gunman running across the road from by the garages

  • @ 1:45 A wild gunman appears
2 of us re-mount in the vehicle to resume the chase, with Mike now in place to provide fire support. 

We take an impact from their covered vehicle, but I do not believe this to be attempted VDM. (This was @ 2:25

We resume the chase, at this point Jeremy heads to the car shop and stores the vehicle whilst being chased

  • @ 2:46 combat stores vehicle (although no visible rule about this, it is breaking RP)
  • @ 2:50 kills in a green zone
I open fire using rubber balls on the guy as he begins to sprint off, the shots miss, but I call out this is the police. Jeremy is restrained by a new PCSO, but the PCSO died at the same time, Restraints fail (CSO has since been informed they should not rush restrain, you'll here this in stream).

  • @ 3:00 Jeremy is rubber balled
  • @ 3:10 Jeremy combat logs

Mike takes out [ER]Edward Charles at roughly the same time as the combat log.

We then revive him as there is no medics online, and we wanted information... this was interupted by a familiar HEMMT Box heading straight for us, so I quicky throw out my spikestrops, and catch the front 2 wheels.

[ER]Cameran jumps out the vehicle, and whilst been instructed to get on the ground starts breaking RP.

At this point I restrain him to;

A> Move him out the road

B> he's wanted! and breaking RP

The rest of the video you've seen before, but you get the idea.

@ 0:46 you see the guy with the MK200 running inside the garage area... this is prior to opening fire, therefore contributing to my view of the action in which we took fire from a green zone.

Your breaking rules mate, "how did u know he is wanted you dont know who he driving" so...u cannot just go chasing someone because hes tag shows up pathetic

ANPR, tells them who the owner of the car is.... if it wasnt the owner driving he would be a car thief, and if it was he was wanted, so either way he woul've run

First off all there where more cops then one. Second off all ANPR or how you call it METAGAME is a police option in or police car. And when you watch the video good you see anpr on the side door near the ground on the police car.

So if you dont now whats going on please spere us your grief. As i always say it not all cops are bad here. And there are cops that roleplay.

He ANPR'd your vehicle and rememberd your license plate and the owner was wanted, is that so hard to understand?

Chek the video again. He uses it in the start. Then after driving around Kavala, the only car activity there was the 2 trucks. So ofc he stops the truck he start chasing?

 
too be honest, I wasn't 100% sure it was the same Hemmt Box, but after driving around for 90 minutes (server 2 was literally just turned on when I joined it) and saw absolutely no-one around, I put 2 and 2 together....

If it was someone else, I'd of apologised for the inconvenience and repaired it and sent it on the way...

Your so called report against myself, you lied in your report saying you were on your way to pick up some items, but gloated about the money you did make when your vehicle was sent to the trash.

4:50, we ANPRED your vechile which told us you are the owner of the vechile, but you wasnt in your vechile and theirs more than one HEMMET in the game ;D but anyway ima stop hypocritting 

 
I got more rule-breaking from one of these guys on video if somehow they (he) dont get banned.
