[Mr Eagle]

For starters i initiated on paul saying hands up and he shot at us. In which makes it ok for us to shoot you guys. Also if u listen carefully liam says "If they shoot one shot at you we can nail them all". Explain that then. However you didn't try to resolve anything you ignored our messages and you didn't want to cooperate and join our channel. Because what i see here is you just reporting players for the sake of it. Your gang had the same ideas as us and liam can quote me on that one so i dont see the issue here?

I did try to resolve it with Jay and as you can see the most I got out of him was "You had ya gun out and was behind a wall".

It doesn't matter what Liam and Paul were in a completely different situation further down the road I was never involved with anything and as you can see by the video I didn't move from behind that wall once.

With your logic there may as well not be an RDM rule.

A shoots B and C shoots D who wasn't involved with the situation at all.

Even after Paul killed Eagle I still hadn't moved at all.

You was involved in the situation and considering paul was directly infront of you and you gave him a ziptie im sure that you was apart too. Im not going to say anymore and let the admins decide. Also we came to a mentor @Oli Ludwigand he spoke to Ben and Ben neither wanted to cooperate and speak to us neither the mentor.

I was sat on the castle and observed everything that happened, i could see someone sat behind a wall with weapon drawn and looking towards our group,  i then see another person run to the person behind the wall and then move back up to the top of the road and eagle is then restrained. we had multiple people around the scene observing everything that was happening and when eagle was killed i opened fire. once eagle was killed it is then an active gun fight and you are placing your life in danger if you have a weapon out.

I will deny it this time, I however have some notes for @MW Jay here.

There is no way for Ben to know there was more people around, waiting to shoot. He might have had nothing to do with it. If you have a firearm out in an active firefight, where bullets are flying by, then yes, I would say its your own fault if you have a weapon out. However, there was no real active firefight here. Moments after someone else shoots Eagle, Ben is the first one to die.

The right thing to do here would have been to shoot whoever killed Eagle, then if you see people continuing to run around with weapons, you can kill them. I seriously debated banning you here, as you have shown examples of extremely poor roleplay before (http://www.altislife.co.uk/topic/38643-gc-jay-gc-james-smith-gc-mash/). 

Know that you are walking a thin, thin line here. Improve your roleplay or you will be removed from the server.

I would also like Jay to compensate Ben for his gear. Please confirm with me when he has, @TI Ben
