me and my fellow gang members were driving along a road when we got spiked and shot upon for no apparent reason

I tried to organize a teamspeak discussion on the matter but it appeared the rdm's didn't wanna discuss.

As an objection to your report, about 5 minutes before this video took place we were attacked by you (We were the two guys in the Sport Hatchback at the side of the road, looting the bags.) We managed to escape towards Kavala where we went offload and hid behind a wall near to a factory. After you had passed we left and headed back towards Agios where we then saw you again driving around, we quickly pulled up into an alley where we deployed the spikes. Please note that you had already initiated role-play by asking us to stop our car and shooting at us. We proceeded to retaliate after the recent attack on ourselves in order to get revenge for the damage caused.

We hope you understand why we did this and understand from our point of view on the situation.

Writing this on behalf of Myself (Chris), Matthew and Jason.

Please note that there was only the three of us and we do not know of anyone called James.

Edit: After a talk with Matthew and Jason, they have told me that they had not received a phone message to resolve the issue, neither had I. We assumed it was all FairPlay as they had started the attack in the first place.

We will upload the whole replay as far as i can go back to, just so you know you can't just spike and shoot at people even if that was the case, this is a strict role play server not an open kos free for all. And in this video you have no intent on role playing what so ever .

The video you have provided is 1:45 before the incident occurred yet I see no relevance as to how this is helping your side of the case. You have stated that you have uploaded all you can of the incident which leaves me to allow the mods to decide as to what happens. I have said what happened on our end yet I see no reason not to get revenge on an attacking group. As stated in my original reply, it was you who had initiated the role-play by attempting to rob us. Just because we managed to get away and hide from you does not mean we will forget your car, your clothes and of course, your rifles. The rules do not state an exact timeframe for when the role-play period ends or for how long it can occur but 5 minutes seems a viable timeframe.

I appreciate you wanting to drop the report as to not be that one guy, but in all honesty this was a fair role-play session and the report seems rather unnecessary. You can't expect for someone you shoot to just walk away and forget about your actions.
