Description of what happened: This kid was going around Kavala VDM'ing for a good 1-2 hours, breaking NLR and being abusive in sidechat. He was also playing a song on mic with racist remarks and asking in sidechat "When am I going to get banned" etc...
What Rule Was Broken ?: 1B, 3A, 3C, 5A, 5D
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He didn't give one, clear intentions on getting banned.
