Description of what happened: Me and my friend were processing LSD . When a guy showed up and knocked my friend out . I said he shouldnt do such things . Then he started making racist remarks
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Bad RP , Racism
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I told him to not say such things , On wich he said . Report me n*gga , Im full ghetto

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

Want me to dissect why this is again another ragequit? 

Firstly you completely FAILED to mention that I snuck up and knocked ONE of you unconcious, I even told the other guy to stay back, this was simply precautionary RP when dealing with LSD. Knocking someone out isn't against the rules, I did it once to you and I didn't rob or shoot either of you. I remained entirely in-character and sold my product while you's stood back in a cautious manner.

Following this I holstered my weapon and walked off to my car, your 'friend' (which was not Jack) then began running his mouth, this is standard if you're RPing someone with a big ego, all "yeah bitch run!" whatever, then he states - "Im gonna report you." 

I stop the car, drive back and point the gun in his face asking "You're gonna what?" - he runs about dancing afraid of getting shot and never states it again, at which point I state that you can't break RP in direct like that, report doesn't exist, that's like saying someone has a name tag above their head, after which I ask you're gonna report me for what? Knocking you out in caution then leaving you with money, product and lives intact? 

And you say, "RDM" to which I replied with "I havent commited RDM." which follows up with "Racism" - I ask "What?" and get answered with "niggers" and how I supposedly broke the already cracked RP element. You realise that my character is of african-american descent and if you know anything about culture 'nigga' isn't an offensive term amongst themselves. It was a character expression, not a statement of 'I fucking hate blacks.' you egoist. I suggest trying to stay in character RP with direct communication as otherwise this would have never happened.

Nothing more than a child crying over spilt milk mate.

No , you started by knocking someone out without RP , This is against the rules of the server .

This is why i broke out of charactar . And also because you are being racist .

This has nothing to do with RP . Also you broke the rule of only mic in server 1 . And i never said anything about rdm

This is all the i am going to say . Hopefully the admins agree that this unacceptable

Right, well I say different but we're clearly just going to have an issue on that front. 

For the most part I use voice communication, I see other people use typing as a method on top of this, including whitelisted players so I don't see the problem there, please show me the rule so I can understand it further. As for the RDM, either you or your friend claimed "reporting you for RDM" to which I said "I haven't commited RDM." - then it turned to racism for in-character chat. 

I feel sorry for the administration team having to deal with such... ridiculous outcries, bitter attitudes and ignorant objective evidence, it must be ridiculously draining. Also please explain how can it be racist if I'm black? Please... this is more of an insult than anything and a failure of OoC and IC knowledge on your part mate, not mine. 

Speaking for myself as myself, I can clarify that I am indeed not in the slightest racist  :blink:   -_-

No offence, but it's people like you that breed stupidity over issues they don't understand beside their shortsighted views. 

The fact you 'typed' - "If youre black and you dont care about it , Thats fine ." is in itself a self acknowledging and boasting form of racist mentality implying that only people of that colour experience racism  ^_^ . You're out of your depths here son.

My use of the language was respective of my character if you've spoke to him in a normal conversational environment, this is not implying racism - roleplaying is a combination of acting and satire performance - it is not a serious social factor to society's problems no matter how much you find a word "offensive".

In contract to that even if it was "offensive" - it isn't a crime against humanity to be offended or to offend others, it's a human right that we're taught since we are first called a name on a playground, "Sticks and stones - may break my bones but words will never hurt me" etc - if you're offended GOOD for you, it gives you no special snowflake treatment sunshine.

Lol, I just realised - the second screenshot was the second time I said it, implied as a joke - I'll accept that it may not seem that way without the rest of the context that's not in a single frame.

The first screenshot however... like wow man, just wow - I knock you out, allow you to get back up, shoot neither of you and let you live without taking anything... not even robbing you, but the best bit? You had a maxed out truck of LSD, possibly two - I knew you's were processing, I know god-damn fucking well (excuse my language) that in that situation - not many would have walked away from easy pickings like that, I'm confident you wouldn't.

This has purely been a valuable lesson in the type of logical reasoning some players have, cheers mate  <_<
