Description of what happened: We were chasing down a HEMTT Box after telling it to stop, one of my gang members was waiting further up the road and, for the second time, was shouting at him to stop. The HEMTT Purposefully swerved into him, and knocked him down, so he couldn't shoot at the tires.
What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM
