Description of what happened: 2 Guys from LZ were robbing a lone Tempest at the Oil Processor. The Tempest tried escaping, LZ followed and continued to shoot out the tires. A hundred yards down the road the Tempest stops, LZ drive slightly further on and continue to engage. Then, from the other side (Weed Processor side) a seemingly separate group appears an equal distance away, and immediately open fire with no initiation. They kill the attacking LZ pair. It transpires later that they were all part of the same gang.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3B RDM - Shooting at someone without engaging quality RP
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I saw this and immediately kicked Jack for RDM. As I was filling out the stats, I get messaged by a Mentor saying I should talk with Jack, who was confused about the kick. We could not agree. I followed up with a Senior Admin, who suggested that for completeness and for the record, I make an official report where both parties can make their cases. I hold the opinion that even though LZ initiated the robbery with the lone Tempest, the opposing gang should have still issued compliance before opening fire. Both myself and the LZ chaps assumed it was a random attack from an unrelated group. In my opinion, when killed, all parties should be fully aware of how or why they were killed.

Has part of the group coming from the weedfield area and due to my recoding i will upload thhe evidence i have on that it was not RDM.
Yes we could ofcourse have maybe talked to them.  but has they opened fire on one of our people. and hhhe called for help and we were in that area wen they started fire i would not say we broke RP. has they engaged. ofc it looked for them that it might only be him. but then again, thats a risk everyone of us takes everyday wen we decide to rob a truck. 

Also opening fire at someones trucks means you have bad intentions. so would you really in real life walk up to them to talk orr would you eliminate the treat to your friend has they inisiated.

and has far has i heard has well has you hear in the recording my team mates states that they are sooting for there tires. and on your recording has well. you can see one guy run away from the carr yet our shots are focused on the car tires not the people.

Thank you for giving me the chance to give further information to the case.

My gang and I were nearby the weed fields, doing a run, moving to the oil processing to check on your friends. Then I was told over the radio (Hugo, the guy being robbed was at the time in ts with us and also in our gang) that the robbery was going on at the oil processing. We rushed the last couple of 100 meters to him.

Hugo was being shot at, I was under the impression that his life was in danger. Since his weel was broken and a sports car with the robbers pulled up infornt of him. We took out their tires. They returned fire. I shot at the car and killed 1 guy. (I have no idea why the car flipped).

I was under the impression that my friend would be shot dead. Otherwise I would have not being so quick to shoot.

If the guys who died will ask for compensation I will compensate their loss. Up to this point I enjoyed roleplaying on altislifeuk and hope I am allowed to do so in the future.

I would not say that this one is RDM, since [LZ] started shooting at Hugos tires and he called in his friends who were close by.

Shooting at tires is a drastic measure, something which you should not do lightly, and when you do, be prepared to take the consequences.
