I've been kicked forever

yesterday i broken server rules 2 times first time admin gave me a chance but i forgotten about the rule 2.13 and i landed near Hospital in Kavala then my Hummibird disapeard and i was forged to ask if I know what principle I broke and I gave kicks, but the kick is still today nw what to do, please help me
