Summary: Issues with Text Messaging in Casino

Full Description:
Whenever you're inside the casino you can receive text messages and group chat messages however you cannot message the people back. I am unsure what the cause is, but this is only inside of the Casino itself.

You receive notifications of the messages you receive but once again cannot message back.
