Basically what happened is that i was on my way to the oil processor in a HEMTT box. A guy in a red hatchback sport who had just passed me and had turned around to follow me. He was wearing a Karts DLC racing helmet. I proceeded to pull over with a mask on, jump out my HEMTT and brandish my MXM.   I told him in direct chat to drive away slowly which he did while i stayed aimed on him. I hopped back in my HEMTT while still looking at him to see if he would return. Sure enough he did but by this point ( i would assume was his friend) a qilin pulled up behind me. I was juggling looking at both. I stated again that he should drive away before I shoot him, he did but this time he pulled over to the side of the road about 50 meters away and got out while his friend stayed put. I fired a warning shot that hit his car but did no damage. He then proceeded to open fire. I returned fire killing him within 5 seconds. I attempted an escape but his friend started firing on me but i used my HEMTT as cover. He lost interest then drove away. My question is. Was I RDMing  as he accused me off it?

 
In my opinion if you initiated has a threat to them and they did not comply, then no, that was not rdm

 
in my opinion if you told him multiple times to leave otherwise he is going to get hurt also followed by suficient time to comply and he still didnt listen you were in every right to shoot him 

 
I’m not going to make a call of a bunch of text as things could be changed or forgotten, that why’s we make decisions on videos as it can’t be changed easily.

 
The answer to your question is a simple one.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM
