Is this an exploit? If so, how do we combat it?

OK so today a group of rebels robbed the bank again with the minimum of 5 cops online which is fine but still leaves us cops a little outnumbered. But my issue is that recently a lot of people have been driving a vehicle to the bank dome, exploding the vehicle so the bank dome gets destroyed then repeatedly placing blast charges throughout the day so they can pretty much rob the bank easy mode. Now if it wasn't the fact there's over a hundred million inside that vault every time its locked then i wouldn't mind so much. My point is that i see this whole blowing up dome and rinse-repeat robbing as a very very cheap move because us cops then become extremely limited as what we can do in order to stop the bank but it also drastically cuts down the amount of time we have to set up role play scenarios such as negotiations etc. So the question i ask, as stated in the title. Is this blowing up of the dome an exploit and if it is, what is to be done about those who keep abusing it in order to make away with tons of cash with minimal effort.

To combat it we can place a no damage marker on the dome in the update or completely change the bank ... yet to be decided.

I questioned in game about it, the dome is gone so no doors need blowin up and the crate has already detinated, all u gotta do is sit and wait for 5 cops then rob it

P.S. to any admins reading this, how do we proceed if one party blows up the bank dome but then a separate party then rob the bank at a later date i.e. an hour after it has been exploded and not having anything to do with the people that blew up the dome.

the problem is its a weird found kinda nobody founded it a vehicle ever exloded at the bank and then it blow the dome up and yeah thats how it started i heard.

Yup, thats correct. It was with PCSO Psych he remembers i think, he was in the dome when somebody started spaying their SUV
