I like that you ask this question and put effort and time in making that video. It's good that you try and understand the rules here.

So, first of all. You don't know if there was an ongoing situation with the cops atm with TCK. Maybe they were negotiating on another place? Maybe they were discussing on another spot: If you don't let the last cop leave at the Kavala church, he will get shot. 

So you can't judge if that was RDM or not. It is based on the whole situation, which you can't not oversee as a bystander. 

 
Okey so what could have happend here is that The TCK members were iniateing on some cops around the corneer which then get inatated on and dont comply gunfight happends and officer at the drug dealer is a cop and has a gun out. 

So pretty much if Im a cop and I am around the area of kavala church and their is something happening at bouty hunter HQ were some other cops get into a gunfight their is a chances I can get shoot because the reason of me being a cop and that Im in a active gunfight with rebels and cops

After watching the videos, there are many things to consider

For example, when he robbed you, how long ago was that before you kill him?

Correct me if I am wrong but there is a time limit where you will have re-initiate again [3 minutes/5 minutes]

Plus you told the poor guy to put his hands up and then just said shoot him, your initiation was pretty poor.

"Can you just do me a favour, put your hands behind your head?" 0:55

"Yeah, you can kill him" 0:59 - No you cannot, you told the man to put his hands on his head that is not a good enough initiation. You must threatened his life such as "Put your hands up please or you will be shot". 

You did threaten his life at 1:05 but you just shot him anyway...You could've said, "Alright, because you just robbed me off my money just now and threatened my life, I will know execute you for it. Do you have any last words?" or something along the lines instead of "Put your hands up" "Shoot him, you can kill him"

In, the TCK's situation, the officer initiated and the rebel was threatened with force, TCK retaliated by killing that poor guy [quite a deep voice]. 

 
Honestly, the video here doesn't show anywhere near enough information as has already been pointed out.  You have no idea what the circumstance is, TCK could have told the officer that if he intervenes then he's going to die, so he let them do it.  Maybe they had multiple members in the area and the cops knew they were heavily outnumbered.  You have no idea what initiation was made, how it was made, where it was made or anything.

If it was a case of RDM you can bet that at least 1 person involved would've made a report about it or anything.

With regards to being banned for RDM, I'm not entirely sure how it's relevant.  The ban was dealt with in that situation.  I'd highly advise against trying to discuss it further, as well as anyone else replying.

Even your friend doubts you

It's poor roleplay, you should've put it properly instead of saying "You are fucked" "Put your hands on your hand" "You can kill him, yeah shoot him"

 
From the last post with that video, it's quite obvious this entire thread is just been made to try to find a way to dispute the ban that was dealt with even further poorly covered over.
