today I was pulled over by a bounty hunter and he claimed he had a tip off about my character (papa smurf) I had a mask on and said I was not this person and the car I had was only a rental he then threw me into prison. I just want to know if he was in the wrong?

If you have proof then yes.

Otherwise there isn't much you could do.

Maybe text him and try let him know he broke the rules and that you'd like compensation.. if he doesnt then there aint much you can do as I assume you dont have video evidence.
