Is this allowed? (Regarding VDM)

Hi everyone,

Ok, so imagine this - you are peacefully driving your vehicle down the main road, and suddenly several armed men jump out and try to rob you. To get you to stop, they dive in front of your vehicle so that you are forced to stop so that you don't VDM them.

Is this allowed as I once saw someone getting banned for diving in front of a police car, getting VDM'd, reporting the officer and getting banned himself.

Just wanted to clear this up as it happened to me and I was going to just speed away but I had to swerve to miss a guy and ended up crashing and breaking a wheel.

I too would like to get an admins thoughts on this, a few times people have abused the VDM rule, as in they run out in front of me and and try to get me to pull over when im going 60 odd... and i have to avoid them or stop.

Added: It feels like people are breaking Fear RP stepping out in front of a moving car knowing they will have to stop or slow down at least to drive around you.
