Is this a bannable offense?

Hello forum! 

Today, I was robbing a offroad with a couple of armed guys. We took them all out except for one guy. He then acted as he gave up and turned his back. he then asked several times "how do I put my hands up?", knowing that we would have to type it.

What im aksing is, is this a bannable offense? He is not valueing his life, and on some level it is metagaming, since he knew we had to TYPE it out. Its shit RP in any case..

(I understand if you think its funny, cause it kinda is... Now that Im looking back).


 
It's a blatant bannable offense, refusal to roleplay and powergaming. If anything, after posting it the first time in chat I would've killed the fucker, simply because it seems like blatant baiting.

Well it could actually be that he didn't know how to do it, and if it was me I would probably not notice the chat in such a situation. But when he attacked he didn't value his life like he should. He knew he was outnumbered and knew he was gonna die and still shot... that against rules I believe

That's not bannable. He thought he would have a chance (fools thinking though) and tried his best to get out of the situation. For example if you took 3 guys there, the best option for them would have had to be turning around and trying to shoot you. If that's bannable every police officer would be banned by now for worse value your life break.

About the i don't know how to put my hands up is up to you to either let him keep his hands down or shoot him for not co-operating.

Alright, I see your point - but the time they all wrote it and sent it was about 5 seconds BEFORE he turned around to shoot. They were all ready for it thus I don't see it as bannable.

 
It is not the fact of how it played out, its what he tried to do, same as if someone tried to glitch restraint kill someone, you get banned for attempting to kill you dont actually have to pull it off, its the intent.

 
This isn't bannable, I suggest all the veteran players here grow a pair and stop moaning... You had ample time to shoot him as he turned towards you and it is also your job as a robber not to put yourself in the exposed position you were.. Think it through next time and look for cover to speak from if you want to rob people.

 
Next time get close enough to smack him first, don't take your sight out of his head, don't write, just speak if he does'nt do what you ask and he has a gun in his hand just shoot the guy if he moves after all you warned him, after he's dead tell him how to put his hands up LOL.

Even in RL there are people that don't value their life or play the hero card and get killed by doing that so i don't think he should be banned by trying to take you guys out, after all he lost far more by dying then he would if he just played along.

Another thing , that would'nt happen if you were picking up apples so if you want to rob and kill people you should expect to be robbed and killed too.
