Is the Huron chop-shoppable?

I'm getting mixed reports on this, can anyone confirm?

I'm always a bit hesitant to use it, but if it can't be chop-shopped then might use it for things a little more.

I tought it was when it came to the VIP shop. If anyone could post any proof that it itsnt scrappable,it would take alot of fear out of me when i do drug runs and always paranoid im going to get ambushed by a few people and they will chop it.
