I love the HM where it is it's legendary and I would hate it to be moved (my opinion)

Either it's being moved or a new objective is being added. If you look near I think it's Telos (East of Athira airport) there is that massive military place which is now off-limits. I assume it might be getting moved there or just a new objective being placed there instead.

This is why there is rumors flying around. I think mainly because on other servers this is the HM location.

The new goverment place in Telos is not going to be the new HM. As Scottish said it is a place where cops take to torture you.
