Is the hellcat scrapable?

can I get my hellcat stolen and then scrapped (by rebels) ?

- Hummingbird

- M-900

- Taru variants

- Orca

- Mohawk

So no, the hellcat isn't scrappable.

This is old knowledge and things might have changed, although probably not.

I've always been under the impression that it cant be scrapped by rebels, however, police can still scrap it.

dont think tarus are scrappable by civs, might be wrong though
