Is that even allowed?

We were at the gang base and we got our heli tracered and then a massive gunfight started? They hit our heli so that way they initiated on us, but are they even allowed to do that like without any verbal initiation or anything just shoot at our heli instantly?

Cannot make any hypothetical judgement with such a weak description, care to expand?

They need to give warning shots to a helicopter, give enough time for it to comply and if they do not fly off after the tracer (warning) shots then they are cleared to open fire on the helicopter, not the pilot.

(3.8.2) As any other party: Warning shots must be issued with 3 tracer rounds past the front and rear of the aircraft. Enough time should be given to comply before taking action.

I am gonna post my perspective, I don't see the bullets but i heard more then 6 bullets and i see the heli after, but i heard they were tracers.

You were given tracer rounds well before this as you were spotting for your gang mates ,  i was part of the gunfight and there was already a " masssive " gunfight taken place as well you know .

Dont know where your going with this but if you had a issue you could of eaisly contacted myself or jumped up in the support channels on teamspeak .

Right, first I will say that I have no problem with any of you guys, it was fun. Just wanted to be clear on it.

But I asked my gang and looked at the footage and there was no fight going, it could of being behind the tower but surely we would of heard it.

And you guys didn't give us 5 minutes and we were put  in a really uncomfortable situation.

P.S: "an* issue" ^ <3

You also should remember if the aircraft is hostile, such as shooting at persons then you can shoot to kill the pilot. But also police and rebels both follow a different procedure in shooting or warning rotary aircraft.
