Is that really enough to use 50% of physical memory, I can't even play overwatch properly my CPU usage goes up to 96% and my ram as well

CPU - AMD FX 6300 6 cores

RAM - Some GIGABYTE 8gb one

help pls

Windows is detecting your RAM fine, so I doubt there is anything wrong with it. While your RAM usage is on the high side, it's not too bad. Personally I use about the same (4GB) while idle, so using 50% of 8GB isn't terrible.

If you want to lower your ram usage while idle, check out removing programs from startup. You may have program/s running in the background that are using RAM, without you even knowing.
