Depends on how you look at it. If it's in roleplay then you could roleplay that you are asserting dominance and I guess you could threaten them that you're their 'master' or another story. However, if it's on team speak then it's usually common courtesy to address someone by their name. Hope I helped.

I assume you've told them your name before you ask them to tell your name otherwise telling who is who by their name tag would be against the server rules
