Hey. tonight we came across a scenario, we are in doubt in what we are allowed and not.

We wanted to sell some oil. we getting up there there came 2 or 3 hatch sport. we ofc fleet the area, but then kept following us. no matter where we when't. we decided to drive to the airport, where they followed. they drove over behind some walls just waiting to see what we did. they ended up sneaking up next to us in a bush and aimed right at me.

am i allowed to shoot with out a word. when i'm 100% sure they where following us. if a initiate them over voice i know i would be dead before i even could defend my self, with 5 or 6 guys after us

There need to be some form of verbal initiation.

If you feel you're being followed and you're in danger, as a good civilian it is not your place to take the lives of others. Call the police to your location or go to the nearest police station to report your suspicions of the vehicle(s)/individual(s) involved. Your closest would have been NPAS at the airport, or Athira HQ.

You must verbally say 'back off or you'll die' or something along those lines to said people. It would be ban able not to say anything to them otherwise.

i would suggest going/calling the police like @Zeito said or going to a heavily populated area and trying quickly to make some friends! 

I'd also suggest NOT threatening their lives if you don't want to die. You say there was 2/3 cars of them and not many of you. Just say something like 'why are you following us' and spark it up that way, whilst always staying near something that can be used as cover.

But if someone tells you to put your hands up or to stop running or threathens you can you just shoot them without saying anything?(just asking)

If someone verbally initiates on you, the scenario has begun and you can open fire. It tends to work better if you get into cover and role play instead of immediately firing as that somewhat defeats the point of a role play server and could still be considered in the wrong unless you had no other option.
