Is a blackfish scrappable

Buying one soon, wanted to know if it followed the Huron trend with not being scrappable by rebels.

I am aware police can scrap it.

I ment it more like its not an illegal vehicle like a taru. its a legal vehicle but can get scraped if you fill it with drugs or land illegally.

It can be scrapped anywhere by police in theory that's not the airport. Have had officers trying to scrap Huron at salt because it is not at the airport. Recommend you only land it at airport.

Then if those officer were to scrap it make a PCC and get your money back! It's in the law book not to land within cities but only a massive power hungry nob would scrap it if you land it at a legal trader(not in cities!) also provided you aren't roleplaying like a dickhead/showboating guns etc!
