Is 3rd person enabled or not?

I reinstalled the game and had to reset my keybinds but I can't use 3rd person on the ALUK servers. A popup says "tactical view not allowed" Is this intentional? I love it if it were but some people on the chat said they were using 3rd person and I don't know who to believe.

e. nvm I figured it out, should be disabled though.

Yeah to switch between 1st and 3rd Person, press Enter on the NUMPAD.

If you feel it should be sorted out, post a suggestion thread.

3rd person SHOULD be disabled?? Sorry but the amount of collisions that would occur is unreal!
