Irish - Compensation Request

Roughly 10pm London time, I was driving my off road vehicle, carrying a gun worth 12,500, 4 rounds of clips that cost 250 each, 20 bags of cement. My vehicle suddenly went straight up in the air crashing down and I died, then unable to respawn or request medic, so I had to press Esc and respawn again losing any potential of reclaiming what I lost. Thanks for nay help.
