So i never introduced my character so here we go.
His name is storm and he is chinese but born in japan who later got taken away by the yakuza and sold him to some dutch people when he was 8 and later he moved to Altis to start a new life. He became intressted in china and the japanese language so he learnt about china and learned japanese. He is now a communist who is chinese but speaks japanese and dutch and joined the communist party of altis!
This was my story hope you liked it and that it makes some sense cause i wrote it in a hurry!
