When i am being initiated on when is the time that i can open fire on the person does he have to threaten my life or do i need to warn him to leave or he will be shot?

It's a very situation based thing. Personally I would shoot when the person said enough that he would be allowed to shoot me.

King god diablo what do u mean by that do u mean that agter he mentioned "put ure hands up or lethal force will be used" or when he says "this is ure last opportunity to put ure hands up or u will be shot"

You can shoot once you have initiated or they have threatened your life, but make sure that you have gave good RP before you do open fire!

The answer to this question is a bit vague, but that's because this is a roleplay server, which should be the answer to this question. 

If you feel that a decent level of roleplay has taken place beforehand, and that either a threat to your life has been made or that you have indeed threatened someone's life and they have not complied with your orders i.e "I'm going to ask you nicely to step out of the truck without a weapon" and they step out with a weapon, then you are able to open fire. 

It's very situational, but if you ask yourself each time "has a good level of rp occured here yet?" before you shoot, then you'll find yourself steering clear of questionable actions more often than not.
