Same response as the other compensation request from someone else who was in the vehicle:

If you have requested storage of a vehicle and the server is clearing the storage queue (sometimes happens due to the vast number of requests why would you then drive it about ? )

Compensation needs to be given by the person who owns the vehicle that requested to store it as in the video he clearly knew what happened.
