Incorrectly banned

Hey guys I got banned for VDM.

My in game name sometimes is Christopher but this video is not me. I also have seen another Christopher ingame and think thats the guy that VDM'd

A very easy mistake!

Are you able to use a different ingame name ? Sometimes this mistake happens with common in game names.

I will remove you from the bans list now.

can you get us your GUID, its linked to battleeye and be seen on any anyserver as you log in. 

Take a screenshot and post the Numbers and Letters here for us.

Nope that looks like a player ID. I need your battle eye GUID

Just log into a server, doesn't matter what server, and then if you look in the chat, your battle eye GUID should show up, numbers and letters, get that copied and posted here

May I ask why Wilco is the only one able to process this, recruiting more admins is entirely pointless when you create a bottleneck in actually performing the task in hand.

I can only process these as it requires RDP access into the server and then a refresh of the bans list using Rcon, tools that we will never give out to keep our server and community 100% secure.
