Remove livery for the Western Sovereign, more customizations and potentially a new bike (WMC WinterGreen).
Detailed Suggestion:
After looking over the bikes currently in the city I look at the Sovereign, which is a bike that doesn't look half bad, but the livery just looks awful. By removing the livery and making the saddlebags optional I think that more people would want to drive them.

The Pros:
Will have more people driving the bike as nobody will drive around on a bike with the American livery, adding more customizations for bikes is always nice for the bike community to have more options. And a new bike would also be greatly appreciated by the bike lovers of RPUK.
