So this morning I busted a guy with a drug trafficking record, and he as usual claimed it was for "medical research". Anyway, as he couldn't produce a note on the spot I said I would continue my normal procedure and if they did have a valid note, that the Kavala detectives will refund the ticket. Anyway, a few hours later, I was sent a website URL, which lead to this:

Yes.... the guy actually made a website to justify his drug smuggling... and get a 30k refund.

Even had a proper address in Kavala set on the contact page:
