Alright guys if you don't know me, I'm Centipede aka Sorrow. Basically I got banned like 2 weeks ago basicallly for metagaming which I practically spoke in OOC. But as I have specated Mr. Vladic Ka lately, you are not doing your job as an admin, I have been working and playing as an admin in different communities for the past 6 years in different games. Now this is not me being hatred towards you Vladic Ka, neither to this community, this was my first community on ArmA 3 and i have been playing it for the past 7-8 months now like 800 hours. Now let's leave aside my story for now and will discuss serious stuff here. But mate you even know it, and i think half of the people in this server, sometimes you take it too far being an admin.

What did you actual ban him for? You banned him there for being pissed and him proceeding the right way.

The same reason as you banned me, I even tried to solve it, but you didn't give any actual "F*ck*. I remember the same thing happened, you come yelling to the channel being pissed off. I even made an unban appeal, and apparently you told me I lied for being dishonest, tell me lads who will remember 8 months ago who got banned for his first day when he was new on this server, you will be prob say you should read the rules, yeah I know but I was new to Arma, didn't even what the heck is Altis Life.. then after my first ban appeal, I learned and read the rules and kept playing for 8 months, Then for 1 situation that happened because you were in it, you came complaining, shouting, offending, insulting.. even put us in a sitatuon where you told us "EY EITHER CENTIPEDE IS BANNED OR WHOLE GC IS BANNED"? [What the actual fuck, is that an admin?]  we saw the stream there was no RULEBREAK whatsoever, even I have people to vouch for it, but you ignored of course.. Tried to contact any another admins, but unfortunately they are busy and I understand them, they are doing their to this beautiful community. Tried to make a ban appeal, instantly denied, you don't care whatsoever, even apologised for doing nothing against the rules.

Now let me recall you Vladic, when you are playing as a Civilian, in-game you need to leave aside that you are an admin and focus on having fun, not going on the that "I'm admin, if you do that and that ban boom".

You did good stuff being an admin, yeah everybody should do that when he's admin and I thankyou for that, but not taking it too far.

Alright basically this topic was to tell you something important at any other admins cause unfortunately couldn't contact any other senior, if it's possible.. we can talk or have a discussion.. But you should really consider Vladic Ka position, this shouting, insulting getting pissed off because you "lose"?

 @Reklan I made this topic not get you in any trouble, but buddy I have been in your situation the exact same and suffered for it because I didn't do nothing wrong, but still got banned and have been in 8 months and guess what because he pissed off i got locked off to the community.

In a community there's always people who doesn't give a fuck and the others who really gives a fuck basically, so why this doesnt be considered, why we don't focus on having and enjoy ourselves playin together? The question here is why perma ban, instead like a 24 hour ban, yeah people who are trolls basically deserve a perma ban. But in this concept Vladic Ka, you don't care who to ban or not to ban, you only care about yourself don't you? I remember you didn't care at all how we were trying to solve it, you lost and you were like that's it it's time to ban that guy or that gang for pissing me off.

NOTE: This is that drama lama bullshit.. this true facts on some admin and leading the community towards its best future. This is not any hatred for this community, infact I even like this community. 

@Wilco Please mate, if we can have a quick discussion it will be important to me, in order to give you full details.. what's the really matter here. Always when you are available. If you want proof got 5 witnesses about my situation

This statement gives your argument no validity and yourself no right to critique Vladic's style of administration in his own community. Those different communities you administrated likely held different standards and different expectations for their staff. You're free to think and hold an opinion all you want, but Vladic or any other member of the staff is well in their rights to hand you a community ban for disrespecting and shitting on an admin in the public eye. (Shouldn't do it privately, either, but it's difficult to control gossip.)

So, you're saying your six years experience as an administrator qualifies you to shit on Vladic or imply that you know better, but it doesn't qualify you to expectations that you are going to read the rules before you play, advice you have likely given multiple times before?

If you failed to read the rules prior to playing AltisLife, then you were either a shitty admin for six years or you were just being ignorant. (And ignorance is no excuse!)
