Right I feel the server has gone donwhill of late with rdm's and constant robbers and bad rp.

I think there is an easy solution to this that exists but is but not enforced: The police should rid anyone with a murder charge or caught carrying an illegal weapon or robbing of both their rebel and gun licenses - its such a simple implimentation but if done to a strict code by the police I strongly think it will be huge to bringing forward the rp on the server.

Presumably, you don't want it taken away immediately, without any questioning? What if they had to kill for self defence or was carrying an illegal firearm for testing purposes with the mayor (Which was rather fun). I can see this idea not going down well with someone losing their rebel license just after they bought it, or after every firefight (or in those when you are arrested) you have to go and buy a new license.

Well I think if its one kill on your record you could rp it - but more than that (why would the police believe you) I just personally think it would have a positive effect on the roleplaying side with people being more coutious when to kill or not.

+1 Simple but can see a lot of rebels trying to fight back. However rebels hardly win these days, so not sure if they'll try it.

It was just a shame the cop did not play ball with the whole testing and final mayors feast scenario.

The Police have been discussing the ability to take away Licenses and hopefully at some point in the future this will be implemented. However there are risks involved as Police don't have proper assets available to them such as cameras to gather evidence.

not only is the rebel license incredibly expensive. But the license itself is a a rebellion against the law. Why would a rebel gang refuse to sell

Like I said if its more than one kill the police can choose to rp it how they want and make a decision, if someome really is on the rp server for the rp then I don't see why it is 'bullshit' if you lose your licences.

I agree with the rebel license. That is the reason why on other servers it is named 'Rebel Training' which is not revoked, as you cant revoke an experience if you will.

I believe it is called rebel training when you purchase it.

EDIT: It is called rebel training therefore it cannot be revoked unless the name was changed  ad/or the police could wipe your memory

Another reason why rebel training should not be removed is because if you will lose 500,000 every time you are sent to prison for gun crimes. Rebels will sub consciously not want to role play with cops whilst being arrested, in fear that they will lose the licence when sent to jail.

It's not a rebel LICENSE, its called "Rebel Training". It wouldn't make sense if the police could remove your rebel traning, seeing as it's not an object, its not like a drivers license.

People complain about getting their vehicles scrapped for drug trafficking, I could see this being a major shit storm, and causing gangs to refuse RP and negotiations out of fear of losing it.

+1 on gun license -1 on rebel ''license'' (as if a piece of paper grants you the right to call yourself a rebel.. get real..) training.You dont lose your training for going to jail.You'd probably learn a thing or two actually. Legal gun license should be revoked when you murdered someone.
