So a huge secret to losing weight and and not gaining it, that works for ME (Not everything works for everyone) I drink a lot of water, and I know most people are like Duh water is good for you but I can't express how much basically what is a water only diet works for me. Now I'm not saying you can't eat but I drink solely water unless it's when I'm eating which is then Milk and Vegetable Juice. This has allowed me to lose 30 Pounds in two weeks ( Danger Level for weight loss, don't recommend it ) along with a heavy exercise regiment. Currently nursing a shoulder injury I have let myself slide but I can't express the importance of water.
