Implement custom keybinds for Dispatch Statuses

Brief Summary: Custom key bindings for Dispatch Statuses as opposed to using the menu.

Detailed Suggestion: I feel it would be quicker to change states while on EMS Duty if you could use the numpad or other keys as desired to change state rather than the few clicks it currently takes.

The Pros: Quicker more efficient state change.

The Cons: Not aware of any.

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ? No

As it is right now, it is quite tedious and more complicated than it should be to change your state. Because of this, no one really changed their state anymore (without a dispatch, even with a double-crew sometimes they don’t bother). Seeing peoples active state is useful for any situation if you require assistance, urgent or not. It is annoying for people which do require assistance to ask people individually and because of how time consuming it is, situations could go south very quickly and you wouldn’t even be able to get units heading towards your location. 

Huge +1 would be amazing to have this added ASAP
