I want to start by saying this may get shot down in flames as a suggestion but I think it fits the game and could be quite cool. People will probably argue its a little one sided in terms of rp but please take the time to consider whats said.

Implementing the Gun Runner bunkers (from GTA online) in to the city as a raidable instance. The premise would be that a bunch of Survivalist/Doomsday Cult people are holed up in one preparing for the end times and have a big ass stash of everything which can therefore be raided. Using the inside floor plan of the gun runner bunker would be the best suggestion and then adding in extra rooms or whatever. It would need a lot of enemies in there to stop it being too easy and also strong boss (3-4) enemies also effectively making it like a dungeon of a sort for RPUK. I know, bit bizarre but there we go.

The actual loot table could be huge. Virtually any conceivable item currently available in game has the potential to be had from there. Guns, Drugs and medical supplies, even petrol as well as lots of food (tins especially) and other stuff would all be held in storage inside the bunker. I personally would place an emphasis on the natural materials, wood and metal, as loot also to be taken away if they wish. All being totally random and a lot of it. Lockpicking boxes to open them to get whats inside adding an extra layer of complexity as well as a master safe potentially for high value loot.

Discussion around the guards strength and numbers would be up to final implementation and testing. The encounter needs to be tough but not impossible but also require some input from the team doing it (body armour, weapons ammo, health kits etc)

If I'm not mistaken there are currently 6 bunkers (approx) in the game so these can easily be used as potential sites. One caveat on this i would like to see is that its switched up at random across the map either resetting up on each server reset or sooner and will need some kind of indication of the correct one outside of it (sentry? camp fire? etc) and only that one is the active one for that period. this stops it becoming a server farm spot.

I realise this is against the spirit of role play in a way as its 1 group vs the npc and not role playing actively with another person, group or faction, but feel that it could add an extra element to the server as gangs or groups fight to control the access when a bunker is found and ready to be looted as well as driving more people out in to the wild world.
