What do these two cards do?
Well the immigration card allows you to move to UNMC territory for 3 months before you have to renew your card. After 6 months you can become a full citizen of UNMC territory and will be a citizen.You are able to spawn inside of the UNMC territory and don't have to pay border taxes. You will be treated as a UNMC citizen and must apply for a Citizenship card. If you don't then you will be a illegal immigrant.
To enter UNMC you need a: Immigrant card
To enter British Territory you need a: Citizen card
A citizen card will let you live legally in British Territory. If you are a illegal immigrant you will be deported back to UNMC territory if you have a immigrant card if not then you will be put in prison.
This will make a new RP opportunity for police and for new gangs to be formed to keep out immigrants and hunt them down. People will feel like they are a part of the territory in which they are legal in and won't feel like you have just spawned on a standard server. This will make the server much more realistic.
To get these cards we could either have a apply system on this website or have a in-game licence. If we do it out of game you will have to apply on the UNMC page for there citizen card and on a page on Altis chat to apply for a British citizen card. If you are accepted you will be able to access a shop in game called the immigration officer were you can access both of these cards. Like the donators shop but you don't have to donate.
A citizenship card for British territory lasts for ever and a immigration card lasts for 3 months before you must renew in again, after 6 months you can make your citizenship card permanent.
