im still banned when i was told i was being unbanned and then told i was unbanned can someone help ? (Unbanned 13/10/2014)

i was told i was going to be unbanned, i spoke to csi mitch and he said read over the rules again.. so i did and then he said he needed my GUID so i gave him my GUID and then wilco replied that i was unbanned, i went to play on the server and it says that im still banned 

i dont know if you need it but here is my player id for arma 3 my player ID is :76561198146165502
