im just wondering

I have been on a server  for 1 week and  a bit ad we just wondering what crime things can be done because we did the highest on the ps and the bank and we got in but cudent do anything even tho we got to the locker and the evidence room  it raly feeling like the only way to do things is to be in a gang but all they do is either shoot or rob people at the refinery or speed away from cops around town so is there something we missing

This is stuff you would need to find out within RP, there is no official guide on how to be a scum bag and a thief. You do not need to be in a gang to commit crime, but it's highly unlikely you will be successful in your crime antics going solo, so forming a team is always beneficial as well as making connections through roleplay and learning things through character development.
