Illegal prices

So i was selling uranium the other day for 20k a piece and now i'm selling it for half the price 10k a piece.

Same happened to the blood diamond like 2 weeks ago.

Does anyone know whats happening ?

If their is not 5 Police on at the same time you are selling, it will sell your goods for 50% of the original price.

Also  each officer online upto 5 add 10%, 1 cop = 60% of full price, 2 =70% etc ect, whether there are 5 police on or 40 it will not change any further unless you have a specific skill for the good you are selling.
