Description of what happened: Ibrah said put your hands up, i did so then he knocked me down 4 times i said stop he refuses keep going on. When he suddnely opened fire when i was knocked down....
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM/Fail RP
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, i said stop knock me down he said nothing. After that he just opened fire....

I don't have a video but you can see he  multiple times knocked me down and then kills me....
