I do not know why I was banned. I have one hint and that is an incident that I was wrongfully involved in and was going to report here. I am going to assume my relation to this incident was the reason for my ban.

What happened was someone hitched a ride in my car without asking, after running away from a crime scene. A police officer shot my car, breaking its wheels, and then pulled me out of the car. I was detained in handcuffs for over 15 minutes along with about 4 other people. The situation was handled very unprofessionally by the officers, and my requests for information and being released were ignored. Then, as I could not move my car as I was detained, an officer then impounded my car. I was then put in a police transport vehicle along with some other people and taken to Afira police station. There I was let out, still in handcuffs, however on top of a wall. I then fell off the wall and died.

Let me recap: A police officer SHOT my car, unlawfully detained me when I was innocent, my car was impounded, I was kidnapped by police, and then I died.

And then on top of all that, I am banned.

I may be new to this server but I have put lots of time into it and enjoyed it, but the actions of these officers was very unprofessional, and both that and this incident were not handled well, with no communication with me.

Please unban me as I am an innocent hard done by man

 
You were running around trolling when i arrived on the scene. Then you continued to troll and RDM in the police blue zone.

 
Are we on the same track here? If we are talking about the same thing, how could I be running around when I was detained?

 
You were banned after being released, when you chose to pick up weapons off our bodies and kill us within the blue zone.

 
I was role-playing my hatred for the police after the incident in which they impounded my car and detained and killed me for 15 mins

 
He was banned for RDM in the Blue zone... And at the scene were you were detained my fellow officer got RDM'd which led to you being unrestrained and you ran off..

 
I'm the officer that shot your car and restrained you. I will explain step by step what happened.

Me and 2 other police officers were chasing a tempest transport. 2 guys got out and shot both my colleagues, whilst I shot one of them The other I lost track of. Now in the meantime there were about 5 hobo's all gathering around the dead bodies picking up weapons and gear, so I shouted at them to stop doing that and put their hands up. None responded, so I tazed everyone and restrained them. I shot your car wheels as I had seen people running from the dead bodies getting in it. Obviously for my own safety and others I can't just let people getting their hands on illegal weapons.

Now unfortunately some people just kept screaming at me and the back-up: RELEASE ME!!! Thus making talking to you or the other detainees impossible. Which is why we choose to put you in a prisoner transport vehicle to talk to people one by one and actually explain the situation without shouting. In the meantime your pick-up was impounded as it was blocking the road, causing a dangerous situation, you didn't lose it, it's simply in the garage.

As for the ban: I was then rdm'd, so I'm not sure what happened after, but I'm assuming it was related to the mass rdm at the blue zone police HQ.

 
I notice how you didn't say anything about me being killed when I was removed from the police transport vehicle.

You did not follow correct safety procedures and thus resulted in my death

 
I was quite dead when you were removed from the police transport vehicle and thus unable to utter a single word.

So you was killing people in the bluezone and killing police without RP... ?

Dam i would of kept you in that transport until you got bored and logged off... This is what the Police do with full backing from the admin team when people are here to fuck around.

Is there an issue with that ?

 
The transport issue and bluezone issue are 2 different things.

In the transport issue which I now forgive officers for as they had a large job, I was innocent of any wrong doing

I did kill one officer in the blue zone, and I now realise this is the reason I was banned and am very sorry (although I don't know what you mean about without RP - i was roleplaying my hatred for the police after the transport issue).

I am very sorry and will not do it again. I have gone back and read every rule and will obey all of them.

I will happlily take a jail sentence and make lots of planks for the islanders, please give me another chance

So did you roleplaying your hatred for the police involve talking to them just before killing them ?

If we give you another chance i would like you to not pick up a gun for the next month on this server... and it will be a final chance

Well this is a serious RP server and community so if your not going to treat it like your fully in character like its you in another life... then there is no point in unbanning you today... maybe this server isnt for you ?

 
I understand that the server is very serious, and I was roleplaying a police hater.

This type of RP was not very serious of me and I promise that if you unban me I will happily cooperate with law enforcement and RP a less controversial person

 
Well we are not asking for that... what we are asking is that you dont use things like this as an excuse to go on a cop killing rampage... its old and its very shit quality gameplay for all involved.
