I would like to commend the Officer YoCo

Officer YoCo has been the best officer I have ever dealt with, he has been the most friendly and most understanding cop on the island. And I know it isn't only me that thinks this, he is respected all throughout the island, by cops and civilians alike. Just the other day on server two we had a Peaceful Protest in Kavala to have Officer YoCo promoted, at least 25 people attended and blocked the roads until he was promoted, we stood down after about half an hour as there was no one to promote him online - I would just like to take the time to try and get officer YoCo to the top of the promotion list.
